Slowfire Supply Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Slowfire Supply, we want you to feel good about what you wear. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right within the guidelines below. This policy applies to purchases made through our online store at slowfiresupply.com. Our business is based in Friendswood, Texas, USA.


30-Day Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Items must be free of odors, stains, pet hair, and damage.
  • All original tags/labels (if any) should still be attached.

Approved returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns sent after this period will be refused and may be returned to you at your expense.


Return Options

We offer three main options: store credit, exchanges, and refunds to original payment method.

1. Store Credit (Free)

  • Returns for store credit are free.
  • No restocking fee and no return label fee when you choose store credit.
  • Store credit is issued in the form of a digital code or gift card that can be used on future purchases at slowfiresupply.com.
  • To avoid fees, returns valued at $10 or less will automatically be issued as store credit.

2. Exchanges (Free – US Orders Only)

  • Exchanges are available for US purchases only at this time.
  • Exchanges are for the same product in a different size or color (subject to availability).
  • Exchanges are free: we cover the cost of the exchange label.
  • If the exact item requested for exchange is no longer available, we may offer store credit instead.

3. Refunds to Original Payment Method

  • If you prefer a refund to your original form of payment, a $5 restocking fee and a return label fee will be deducted per return shipment (not per item).
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we typically process refunds within 3–5 business days.
  • After we process your refund, your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the funds to your account, depending on their processing times.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at returns@slowfiresupply.com with:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
    • Whether you prefer store credit, exchange, or refund
  2. If approved, we will provide instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
  3. We strongly recommend you include a photo of the item being returned in your email. This helps us review the condition ahead of time and streamline the process.
  4. Once we receive your return at our designated return address, we will inspect it and process your store credit, exchange, or refund within 3–5 business days.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Items marked “FINAL SALE” at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in its original condition (worn, washed, damaged, altered, or with strong odors)

Please check the product page carefully before purchasing FINAL SALE items.

Lost or Stolen Returns in Transit

We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.

If you are using your own shipping label for a return, we strongly recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service, and
  • Keeping your receipt and tracking number until your return is confirmed as received.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@slowfiresupply.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and any damage or misprint

We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund at no additional cost to you.

International Orders

At this time, exchanges are available for US orders only.
For international orders, please contact us at returns@slowfiresupply.com to discuss your options, which may include store credit or a refund (subject to the same conditions and fees described above).

Policy Changes

We may update or modify this Returns & Exchanges Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that order.
