At Slowfire Supply, we’re a small team and we appreciate every order. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping and delivery for orders placed through our online store at slowfiresupply.com.
Our business is based in Friendswood, Texas, USA.
1. Order Processing Times
Most of our products are made to order through print-on-demand partners. This helps us reduce waste and offer more designs.
- Standard processing time is usually 2–7 business days from the time you place your order to the time it ships.
- During peak seasons, sales, holidays or new drops, processing may take a bit longer.
We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship primarily within the United States and may offer select international destinations as we grow.
United States
- Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
- Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, your location and any service delays (weather, holidays, etc.).
International Shipping (If Available)
If we offer international shipping at checkout:
- Delivery times can range from 7–21+ business days depending on destination, carrier and customs.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their local authorities.
Any delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on:
- Destination
- Order weight / item count
- Shipping method selected at checkout
We may offer free or discounted shipping promotions from time to time. These offers will be clearly indicated on the site and/or at checkout and may have specific terms and conditions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and link (when available).
- Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the tracking number.
- If you haven’t received any tracking info within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at slowfiresupply@gmail.com with your order number.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- If you notice a mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately at slowfiresupply@gmail.com with your order number and the correct address.
- If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to update it.
- If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address if the shipping information provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.
6. Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it is in their care.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please:
- Check with household members or neighbors, and
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- If you still can’t locate the package, contact the shipping carrier first to open an inquiry.
We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed or stolen in transit, but we always want to help where we reasonably can. After contacting the carrier, you can email us at slowfiresupply@gmail.com with your order number and case details, and we’ll see what options (if any) are available.
7. Multiple Shipments
Because we use print-on-demand and occasionally multiple fulfillment partners:
- Items in the same order may ship in separate packages and may arrive on different days.
- You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees for items that ship separately due to our fulfillment process.
8. Pre-Orders & Special Releases (If Applicable)
From time to time, we may offer pre-order items or special releases.
- Estimated ship dates for pre-orders will be listed on the product page.
- If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship items separately or hold the entire order until everything is ready, depending on the campaign. Details will be provided on the product page.
9. Returns & Exchanges
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, except in cases where:
- We shipped the wrong item, or
- The item is defective or damaged and we approve a replacement or return in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
